Preferred rates are available for members who are age 40-74 and in excellent health when approved for coverage. To qualify for Preferred status, a brief in-home or in-office medical exam, questionnaire and a minimum of $300,000 in coverage amount for age 40-69 or a minimum of $250,000 in coverage amount for age 70-74 is required.
